who is neptunemuse?

Oh hi! 👋🏽 my name is Gabrielle Tola (she/her/ella), and my artistic name on all streaming platforms is neptunemuse, in ode of sailor Neptune as a fellow Pisces and musical muse. I’m a lesbian, Ecuadorian-Colombian-Egyptian dreamer who loves to sing, dance, write, craft, read poetry, study and heal through astrology, paint, make earrings, and daydream.

As a writer, I have had my poetry featured in the Pandemic Post, O’Miami’s Waterproof: Evidence of a Miami Worth Remembering, Distinct Magazine, and Stillwater Magazine as well as self-publications such as my Rapture and Pleasure zine and first chapbook, The Memory of Water, which I am currently seeking publishers for.

Musically, my first single Jungle Flame is my greatest passion project on platonic queer joy and nature-based spirituality. My second single Heatwave, is also out now with a decadent music video reimagining Portrait of a Lady on Fire.
